- PU resin coating Robot Machines (For Domes/ Bubble Sticker), from Italy, can produce up to 1, 35,000 square inch of domes a day.
- Label printing machines from abroad capable of producing up to 2 Million square inches labels a day. 6+1 colour printing, UV coating, Lamination, Hot Foil Stamping, Die Cutting and online waste removal. Labels may be supplied in rolls and sheet formats.
- Imported Screen Printing Machines capable of printing up to 48" x 38" material
- Digital Printers imported from USA.
- CNC cutting machines can cut up to 1.2 meter long. Machines are deployed with a scanning camera which cuts on basis of individual scanning of stickers to provide unbeatable accuracy.
Moreover, to enhance possibilities of producing quality products and achieving customers’ delight, AGPL is well equipped with finest support systems like pantone colour matching systems, back slicing machines, fully automatic online inspection systems, printing plate making machines & in house screen stretching systems.
