Fully automatic set up for printing and packaging with latest & best in line machines for all the three key areas of the field, Pre-Press, Press & Post Press. With In-house design & Pre-press studio, fully automated production lines and combination of various technologies possible make the set up completely different from the industry to provide competitive edge to its customer.
Prepress
Equipped with fully computerized packaging planning work-flow system from Esko to convert complex designs into printing plates & blocks without any data loss and error but with ease.
In-house Computer-to-Plate (CTP) Machines
- Computer to print proofing system calibrated with both the designing system as well as the printing machine. This enables the customer to view print proof (roughly 90%) similar to the actual print before printing.
- Mono Carton Sample Maker for creasing, cutting and perforation of boxes which when combined with proofing system enables to prepare the dummy sample to have an actual look and feel of the product without the actual printing run. The dummy sample can be prepared in as much as 30 minutes.
Press
- Fully loaded computerized sheet-fed Offset printing machines from Heidelberg and others with inter-deck UV capable of printing wide range of substrates from paper boards to variety of films, to be able to produce special effects like Drip Off, Hybrid, Spot UV, Register printing and others.
- Fully Automatic narrow web All-UV label printing machines with online UV Coating (Gloss,Matte, Combination), Hot Foil Stamping, Lamination, Serial Numbering and die cutting with automatic defect detection system.
- More than 6 Screen Printing Machines, both in roll & sheet format which enables to overprint labels & mono-cartons with high level of UV coating andprovide other value additions with ease.
- Digital Printing machines for labels for quicker and very short runs.
Post Press (Mono Cartons)
- Automatic Die Cutting Machine from Bobst & other Semi-auto die cutting machines with hot foil stamping & embossing possibilities.
- Bobst Folding Gluing machine capable of folding & pasting around 20,000 cartons per hour. Capable of producing both straight line as well as crash lock mono cartons
- Offline Lamination machines for both thermal and adhesive applications.
- Corrugation & Pasting Machine for 3 Ply G-Flute fancy mono-cartons viable both commercially and aesthetically.
- Slitter & Sheeters to slit and cut the sheets with high accuracy for register printing.
Post Press (Commercial)
- MBO Folding Machine, which can fold up to 16-page fold
- 7 Clamp Muller martini stitching line for online stitching and trimming to provide ready manuals. The machine is with the reject gate to ensure no incomplete or incorrect manual mixes with the lot.
- 6 Clamp Automatic Perfect Binding Machine
Resin Coating Plant
Resin Coating (Doming) fully robotic controlled computerized machine capable of doming 1 lakh square inches a day. Can produce classic domes, partial domes and high accuracy and precision demanding letter cut domes with ease.
